Quiet Thinking States

When silence becomes reflective instead of empty.

In Canada, I started noticing silence differently. At first, it felt isolating. But over time, silence became a space for reflection rather than a void.

Quiet thinking is when your mind processes without active effort. It happens during walks, before sleep, or in moments of stillness. It's not emptiness โ€” it's mental reorganization.

I learned to value these quiet states. They became moments of clarity in a noisy adaptation process.
